What we collect

When you join the waitlist, ask to be notified when we cover your area, or create an account we collect your name, company, email, optional phone, trades and service areas, and the IP address and time of your submission (for abuse prevention). We record whether our emails are delivered, opened and clicked, and any lead feedback you give, so we can improve which permits we send.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Authorize.net on its own hosted page. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the last four digits and the transaction record.

How we use it

We use it to deliver your permit emails, run your account and billing, contact you about Permits Issued, and decide which areas to cover next. We don't sell or share your information, except with service providers that operate the site, payments and email delivery (Amazon Web Services and Authorize.net).

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing help@permitsissued.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
