Permits Issued is operated by Applied Programs Inc ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

We send you a daily email of building permits from public government records, filtered by the trades and areas you choose. Permit details are shown as the issuing government published them. We don't verify them, and records can be late, incomplete or wrong. We don't guarantee any number of leads or any business result.

Trial, billing and cancelling

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, which you can do online at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Founding-member prices stay the same for as long as you stay subscribed. We may change plan prices for new subscribers.

How you may use the leads

The leads are for your own business. Don't resell or republish them as a list. When you contact property owners, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including rules on mail, door-to-door solicitation, telemarketing and do-not-call lists, and email marketing. Don't use the service to harass anyone.

Your account

Keep your sign-in links to yourself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
